Located in Nichols, New York, Tioga Downs Casino and Resort is a complete entertainment destination which includes gaming facilities, multiple food and beverage venues, hotel and spa, multipurpose convention/banquet space, racetrack and simulcast facilities. With the new legislation allowing sports betting in New York State, Tioga Casino now includes new sports betting facilities operated by Fanduell. A new golf clubhouse, also designed by CGL is a recent addition to the Tioga Downs Casino and Resort.

The  design of the expansive facilities is intended to respect and enhance the rural setting in Upstate New York with traditional roof forms and a material palette which ties into and draws inspiration from the natural picturesque surroundings.
