The Meadows Racetrack & Casino is a gaming and standardbred horseracing complex located 40 km southwest of Pittsburgh. The facility features a year-round racetrack with live betting and a simulcast, a 33,000 square metre gaming floor with 4,000 gaming positions, grandstand, entertainment lounges, food court, restaurants, VIP boxes, and a bowling centre connected to a pair of multi-level parking structures. The variety of amenities within the facility provides a wide and diverse clientele an opportunity to visit this important entertainment venue for the region.

The design of the building is analogous to the adjacent properties and presents familiar architectural forms that respect its surrounding context. This is further exemplified on the building’s exterior with its neutral colour palette and down-to-earth materials. In contrast, the interior gaming area provides striking views with more dynamic architectural forms with colourful accents.
