David Climans is a founding partner of CGL Architects which was established along with his partners in 1988.

Over the many years that CGL Architects has been in operation, David has been involved in all aspects of the practice and remains actively involved in all projects as well as the management of the firm. Along with a variety of project types, including multi-family residential, mixed-use and commercial projects, David has developed a specialized niche and expertise in gaming, entertainment and hospitality projects, internationally.

David has established a reputation for design excellence through his hands-on approach with every project from conception to completion. His sensitivity to the needs and objectives of his clients, along with his professional skills, have translated into many successful projects in Canada and the USA.
